Terms and conditions

1. By entering the Britishness Charter Competition (the “Competition”) you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
2. Entries must be submitted by Friday 7th December 2007.
3. Entries may only be made by secondary (post primary) schools located in England, Scotland, Wales, Northern Ireland, the Channel Islands and the Isle of Man.
4. Only one entry per class for the Competition.
5. The information provided must be correct and the charter submitted must be the students’ own work to the best of your knowledge.
6. By entering the Competition you agree that any materials relating to your entry may be published for publicity purposes by Morgan Stanley.
7. By entering the Competition you agree to take part in publicity as reasonably required.
8. Shortlisted and winning schools will be selected based on the strength of the content and the presentation of their Competition entry.
9. Entries will only be accepted if they are accompanied by an entry form.
